The Therapist

I’ve been a Massage Therapy Professional since 2012. The moment after receiving my very first massage... not even then, while still on the table, I knew this is what l was made to do. Everything from the calm atmosphere to the fluid motions of how my therapist worked, I wanted to be apart of this type healing. While in school I realized I had been gifted with “the touch” as they call it. My patience, my fluid rhythm, and calming demeanor gave me the ability to work effortlessly with clients. From then on, I strived to both educate and heal my clients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives.

Sessions

Each session includes an extra15 min buffer time (a total of 75 mins for the session) to go over the intake form if you are a first time client or to address any new issues/concerns if you are a returning client.

Hard Stop vs Wiggle Room

I enjoy taking my time with each client, so session times could run over by up to 10 minutes or so. Strict time restraints of the "Chain Massage Companies" is one reason why I ventured out to create my own space where I can move at my own pace. This will be addressed at intake and if you do have a time deadline, I will work within in that time frame. Just inform me of how much wiggle room you have if need be.

A few Tips

Before getting on the table, you can get undressed to your level of comfortability. Usually down to your under garments. Jewery (necklaces, bracelets, and watches) should be taken off. I can work around them with no problem but they may get oily. When getting off the table, move slowly and let your body adjust to any changes. Alert me at any time during your session if something is bothering you or if you need any accommodations such as extra props or if laying face down is starting to feel uncomfortable. Remember the more comfortable you are, the easier it is for the body to register positive changes.
